2 Rocks (see Before Your Ride - FAQs for more details)
YOU decide which route is right for you. Our 5-mile, 12-mile, 20-mile, 40-mile, and metric century routes explore our community's parks and greenspaces, back roads and city streets, city neighborhoods and small towns. For our youngest riders, we'll have our Bike Rodeo and a 1-mile loop around the park. You also are welcome to hike around the base of East Rock. Common Ground is offering a West Rock hike as well. The rides will be staggered from 7 am to 11 am (details). We encourage you to select a route that is manageable for you. There is plenty of time left in the season to amp up your mileage. Slower riders should arrive early and leave in the first staggered start groups. There will also be a Bike Rodeo organized by NHCAT to build biking skills.

You can bike, walk, run, jog, or exercise at home and use the hashtags #MyRocktoRock and #RocktoRock2024 to share your experience with our community.
